Why did I not recieve order confirmation via email ? 

Order confirmation is sent out automatically as soon as the order is placed, you shopuld recieve it within 1 minute, sometimes however it does end up in your email providers Junk folder in error, plese check all folders in your email inbox. For users of Hotmail they now have a Focused folder as well as a Junk folder, please check here for the order confiormation if it does not appear in your inbox.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have decided to do away with annoying delivery charges all together, so delivery currently free on all items no matter how big or small.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All Major Debit and Credit Cards and also you can check out and pay through Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

Smaller items such as Bedside cabinets/ Cushions/ Lighting which are sent by courier can take up to 7 Business Days for delivery to be completed. 

Medium sized products such as chests of drawers/ Sideboards can take up to up to 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed. 

Large items such as Wardrobes/ Dining Tables, Garden Furniture which may require a 2 man booked in service can take up to upto 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed. 

Specialist delivery items such as Extending Glass and marble tables can take 2 - 4 weeks, some made to order products from the suppliers Mark Webster and Furntiure To Go can take up to 21 days for delivery to be completed..

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Here at Swagger Inc headquarters we take your security as a customer very seriously that is why we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us, so your safety is guaranteed. Swagger uses 256-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation to tell you that we have received your order request, (please check your junk folder if you have not recieved the email as sometimes it does end up here in error) your order will then be booked in to be picked up off one of our qualified couriers, once the courier has a route planned to your postcode area they will be in contact via Txt Message/Email or a phone call to book a day of delivery in with you you, the courier will then closer to the time provide a delivery time slot for you so you know when they will arrive, please note some deliveries will be on an all day service where it is not possible to give a time frame.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not usually but if you are from outside the U.K and you see something you like just drop us a line and we will have a look at getting it to you and how much it will cost.
